We can happily say that the only ingredient our coffee bags contain is exactly that, 100% freshly roasted coffee. Any reference to other tastes are purely for descriptive purposes.

The only exception to this may be seasonal flavoured coffees but these will be made very clear in the description and on the bag itself if any traces of other ingredients may be present.

There are absolutely zero calories in a cup / serving of coffee.

We recommend storing beans or ground coffee in a cool, dark place away from excessive heat, a kitchen cupboard or pantry works fine.

Coffee concentrate should be kept refrigerated and after opening, consumed within 28 days.

The Florence glass tumbler is the perfect addition to any coffee lovers set. Here's a few thing's you can do to help make sure it's here for the long run:

1. Hand wash only - the Florence glass tumbler has a bamboo lid meaning to clean it you should use a mild dishwashing soap, warm water, and a soft sponge.

2. Dry thoroughly - after washing ensure the lid is completely dry before placing it back on the cup as moisture can lead to warping and other adverse effects to bamboo over time.

3. Avoid prolonged soaking - do not soak the lid in water for extensive period of time.

4. Avoid direct sunlight - to prevent fading and cracking, store your cup and lid away from direct sunlight after use.

5. Gentle handling - handle the lid and tumbler with care, making sure to avoid dropping or banging it against hard surfaces as this can lead to chipping or cracking.

It does! Despite being a cold brew coffee concentrate, it has the same oils present as an espresso, meaning when oxygen is added while shaking it will create a similar foam.

Expected delivery times are 5-10 business days after dispatch for domestic orders, for international shipments these times will be extended accordingly.

We would like to inform you about the 'holiday carrier surcharge' that will apply to your US orders during peak holiday seasons.

This surcharge is a temporary fee imposed by our shipping carriers to accommodate the increased demand and operational challenges they face during these busy times.

It helps ensure the timely and reliable delivery of your packages.These surcharges have complex structures, and in our commitment to providing transparency, we are working to simplify them by simply adding 50 cents onto each order and absorbing some of the extra costs ourselves.

Our subscribe and save is the easiest way to keep your coffee cravings at bay. All our subscriptions are processed with a 10% discount, so you’ll be saving both time and money!

We want to make sure you have as much control as possible with your subscription.

You can:

• Change the frequency of your shipments (every 2, 4, 6 weeks etc…)
  
• You can change an upcoming shipment date to a date of your choosing (for example, you   can skip a month)
  
• Change your shipping address (if your upcoming order hasn’t already been picked and packed)
  
• Add one-time purchases
