The Florence by Mills Coffee Experience runs from Friday 1 December to Wednesday 6 December from 10am to 9pm.

The first experience begins at 10am

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. 

The experience lasts between 45 minutes and an hour

Last available time slot is 8pm

An incredible immersive coffee experience curated with the help of Millie Bobby Brown herself. Step inside her coffee wonderland and experience a multi-sensory, once in a lifetime coffee journey! There are five immersive areas that will allow you to dive right in and discover Millie’s incredible Florence by Mills Coffee brand. They include a mocha station where you will get to make a mocha ‘just like mills’, and a coffee arcade where coffee and games collide. Finally, why not treat yourself or a loved one to FBMC? Experience exclusive products in the gift shop!

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot. 

Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. You may not be allowed entry to the experience if you arrive after the start of your time slot.

The experience will take approx 60 minutes from start to finish.

Once you leave the experience you will not be able to re-enter, so please take your time and experience the complete coffee journey.

No strollers are allowed in the experience. We have an area where you can leave your strollers because they can not be taken through the experience. These will be checked in by security but are left at the owners own risk. Please note all items are subject to search upon entry.

There are two tiers of tickets available:

Standard - $30 (plus taxes and fees)

Fan fave - $70 (plus taxes and fees)

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The name on the ticket must match at least one member of your party and photo ID is required for verification.

We scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so no need to print it out - save your paper and ink!

Children (3) years of age and under get in free when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a named ticket holder?.

Anyone over the age of 3 will need a ticket to be able to enter the experience.

We are committed to provide a fun and safe environment for all our guests. When a ticket is purchased all guests agree to adhere to the following 'Experience Code of Conduct'. If guests do not follow this we have the right to remove them from the event immediately with no refund.

- Abusive language or behaviour is not permitted.

-Sharp objects, weapons and illegal contraband are not permitted on premises.

-If you are late, entry it not guaranteed.

-We reserve the right to inspect all bags or any other container on the premises.

-Smoking and vaping is prohibited.

-No outside food or drink is permitted.

Subway: The nearest subway stations to Crosby Street are Broadway-Lafayette St and Bleecker St. Both are about a 2 min walk away.

Bus: The nearest bus stops to Crosby Street are E Houston St/Crosby St and Lafayette St/E Houston St. Both are about a 2 min walk away.

Please use public transportation whenever possible. Parking can be a challenge in SoHo so please plan ahead if you wish to drive.

The experience has an ADA compliant elevator and bathroom.

The Florence by Mills Coffee Experience (and event organizers/ affiliates) are not responsible for any lost or stolen items at the event.

We love our pets but please note that we only welcome emotional support animals and service animals inside our experience.

No food and drink is allowed, but the good news is you will get the opportunity to ‘make a mocha like mills’ and every guest will receive a delectable waffle from our official food partner Wafflemeister to enjoy with their mocha.

This is a cashless event.

Products bought from the gift shop can’t be returned or exchanged.
