what is a honeycomb & cinnamon shaken espresso?
this shaken espresso recipe brings the comforts of honeycomb and the soft spices of cinnamon to create your new favorite combination. the ‘shaken’ element of this refers to the ice cubes and espresso being shaken until chilled and frothed on top.
half fill a glass with ice. (we recommend using the florence glass tumbler)
pour 50ml of our coffee concentrate into a shaker, then add 20ml of syrup, before sprinkling a pinch of cinnamon, a few ice cubes, then shake.
finish by pouring the shaken coffee mixture into the iced tumbler and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon (optional). 💜
